Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of Wild Lore products shall be resolved according to the procedures outlined below.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Payment disputes related to credit card transactions, chargebacks, or payment authorization issues are resolved through the applicable payment processor, card network, and banking institutions. These disputes are governed by the rules and arbitration procedures established by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other card networks, as administered by Shopify Payments or other payment gateways.
Wild Lore may use third-party services and Shopify integrated applications, including chargeback management and fraud prevention tools, to manage evidence submission, dispute responses, and resolution within these systems.

All Other Disputes
All disputes unrelated to payment chargebacks, including claims related to content, access, services, or contractual terms, shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted online or within the State of Georgia.
Arbitration may be administered by a neutral arbitration provider selected by Wild Lore, including platforms such as Rapid Ruling or a comparable service. Arbitration proceeds on an individual basis.
Each party bears its own costs, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under applicable rules.

12. Class Action Waiver
All disputes are resolved on an individual basis. Participation in class, collective, or representative actions does not apply.
